Endeavor North Design PLLC provided focused design and construction document services for the renovation of the existing portion of the second floor.
Endeavor North Design Build LLC provided general contracting, project and construction management services along with permitting, bidding, and procurement assistance.
This was a three phase project as the owner was utilizing the space. A stairwell was removed to expand the 2nd floor overall size allowing for more useful space.
The project required careful consideration of phasing as the main floor salon space and a portion of the renovation area would remain occupied. Safety, egress, and a continuation of business operations were important. Upon phase 1 completion, phase 2 would commence. Being sensitive and accommodating to the daily operations required daily communication with the owner to ensure everyone was aware of what was happening and when.
